Access the website https://play.google.com/store/account on your computer;
Find the “Order History” by scrolling down the page;
Tap on More (the “three dots” button) on the purchase you want a refund for;
And then, tap on “Request a refund” and describe your issue.

Access your device Settings;
Tap on “iTunes and App Store”;
Tap on your Apple ID (your email address);
Tap on “View Apple ID”;
Scroll down and select “Purchase History”;
Choose the Purchase you want a refund for and click on it;
Tap on the purchase again, then tap on “Report a Problem”.
You’ll be redirected to Apple website where you can choose the appropriate category for your request, describe the issue, and they’ll check if your case fits their refund policies.
